Each platform is governed by its own terms of use and its own privacy policy, available on its website. Using this website does not give access to those platforms, nor does it involve entering into a contract for either of them.
This website may also include links to third-party pages whose content Axiren Systems does not control and for which it accepts no liability.

Intellectual and industrial property
The text, the design, the code, the Axiren Systems, OnTrain and OnChats trade marks and the other elements of the website belong to Axiren Systems or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, communicated to the public or transformed without express authorisation, except for the uses permitted by law. However, quoting the website with a link to the original page is permitted.

We have cropped them and converted them to another format, and those adapted versions are offered under the same licence.

To the extent permitted by law, and except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, it is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, technical faults, viruses or misuse of the website by third parties.
The information published may become out of date between reviews. It is advisable to confirm it in writing with the owner before making any decision based on it.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that have jurisdiction under the legislation in force, without prejudice to the jurisdiction to which consumers are entitled by law.
